Making a successful placement requires a study in these attributes and a bit of match making to assure both the client and candidate’s needs are fulfilled.  One of Meredith’s most recent success stories involves her placement of a large team of attorneys on a long term litigation project in a remote location. Meredith’s selection of a the team was critical, she identified experienced attorneys with the ability to come up to speed quickly on unique subject matter, thereby allowing our client to achieve a quality work product and meet mandatory deadlines.

One piece of advice Meredith would offer to candidates, take the time to tailor your resume for each position.  This piece of paper is the first impression you make on a potential employer.  It should be simple, clean and clearly directed.  Highlight your experience which pertains most to the job at hand and be sure to expand upon your experience as much as possible.  Remember, it’s okay to go beyond the standard “one page” if your experience warrants.
