Luminary Kalynn Taylor
Employees
of Lumen Legal award each other Lumen coupons (or Lumens, defined as a
perceived measure of light) whenever someone displays preeminent
behavior. Kalynn Taylor, IT guru for Lumen Legal, has been the
recipient of the Luminary of the Year Award two years in a row. She has
this to say: "I've never worked for a company that does this kind of
thing for its employees--it's a wonderful opportunity. You can express
your appreciation."
