Lumen Legal is partnered with a client to identify and hire a Commercial Contract Attorney. This is a contract on-demand basis.
The hired Commercial Contract Attorney will deliver great results by:
Drafting, negotiating, and advising the company on many different types of commercial contracts, including but not limited to, master service agreements, master supply agreements, terms and conditions of purchase, terms and conditions of sale, non-disclosure agreements, technology services agreements, software license and maintenance agreements, consulting agreements, distributor agreements and termination letters.

Highly-qualified applicants will possess the following education, skills, and experience:
3 or more years of experience drafting, negotiating and advising Commercial Contracts
JD from an accredited law school.
Must be licensed to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Must be willing to complete a Background Check.
